Reimagining Healthcare for the Community
As Creative & Brand Director, I spearheaded the brand refresh for OhioHealth, Ohio's leading healthcare system. 
This project wasn't just about a new logo and color scheme – it was about a complete overhaul of the information flow, ensuring crystal-clear communication for patients and stakeholders alike.

We started by diving deep.
We conducted extensive stakeholder interviews to understand the unique needs and challenges of everyone involved, from patients seeking care to doctors on the frontlines. 
This immersive process helped us craft a brand book that wasn't just a dusty rulebook, but a living document that empowered teams to create consistent, patient-centric communication.
Clarity was paramount. 
We knew OhioHealth's reputation for excellence extended beyond its walls. Our goal was to translate their expertise into easily digestible information, especially for crucial services like oncology and post-cancer support. This meant simplifying medical jargon, creating a user-friendly information architecture, and developing visuals that resonated on an emotional level.
